This Privacy Policy explains how Dulce Hogar Spanish Immersion (“Dulce Hogar,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through dulcehogarpreschool.com (the “Website”).

We only collect the information you choose to give us when you fill out a form on the Website, such as the tour request, waitlist or contact form. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your child’s name, age or date of birth
- Your preferred start date, tour times and how you heard about us
- Any message or notes you include
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as your browser type and IP address, to keep the Website secure and working. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and schedule tours
- To manage our waitlist and the enrollment process
- To send you a few follow-up emails about your inquiry. You can stop these at any time by replying “stop.”
- To keep the Website secure and working properly
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Children’s privacy
The Website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information about a child is only provided by a parent or guardian, and only to help us care for and enroll that child.
Who we share it with
We use a few trusted service providers to run the Website and our office. They only process your information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the Website and handles our email forwarding
- Resend, which delivers our emails
- Google, where we keep our enrollment records
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect the safety of a child, our families or our staff.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and waitlist information only as long as it is useful for enrollment, and enrollment records as long as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Keeping it safe
The Website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to our records is limited to the people who need it to run Dulce Hogar. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your family’s information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you or your child, or ask us to stop sending emails. Just contact us.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
